Refunds & Return
Returns happen. It’s okay. We want satisfied customers so glance over these instructions and give us a ring.
- Take note of your order number and the condition of your product. We only accept unopened products in their original packaging

- Let us know your order number and if there is an issue

If your order arrives damaged or unusable: we will cheerfully refund the purchase price or send you another of the same product at no additional cost. Please note we may ask for photo evidence of the issue and you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase: we’re not able to cancel orders already with our couriers or already shipped for delivery. If you’ve changed your mind about a product that’s already been delivered, give us a call (within 3 days of delivery) to let us know you would like to return it, pop it in the mail and once received we’ll issue a refund for the value of the product(s) you’re returning – *we can’t refund or reimburse any shipping costs unless the product is damaged or unusable.
