Our Policy is to ship your order the next business day from receiving your order. 

• Shipping from our Shailer Park address we will choose a priority courier services like Australia Post, Aramex (Fastways) or Courier Please (depending on your address) .
• If you have selected Express Post we will send your Express Post parcel by 3.30pm the following day (same day for some orders depending on peak times).
• If you have placed an order that is bulky or large and there is an excessive or unreasonable shipping charge, from our freight forwarders we reserve the right to charge any additional freight costs. We will notify you either by phone or email to in advance to confirm and arrange payment.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of supplements, we do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect selection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund the affected item.

Allergies & Reactions

Returns are not accepted for allergic reactions or sensitivities. All ingredients are listed on each product page—please check before purchase.

Delivery Issues

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost items will be replaced or refunded. We are not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
